A project specialist will go over all material options, show samples and provide a quote based on the specific requirements of your home. If you would like a virtual consultation, we can work with you to help you measure your windows or doors, using your mobile device or computer. But if you prefer an in-person meeting, rest assured that Cosyseal's is taking steps to ensure you have a safe quoting experience. On completion of the survey, details are then passed over to our Customer Service department and finalised. It usually takes up to a week since the day of the site visit to process all the data.
Once you accept our quotation and have paid a deposit your order goes straight into production and the materials necessary to complete your project are ordered. When this happens you will receive an email confirmation from our Order Tracking system confirming all the details and giving you the estimated date of production completion. At this stage we’re not ready to provide you with the exact installation dates. The date advised at this stage is based on our lead times advised on your quotation.
Our windows are made in Britain from start to finish. Every window is manufactured bespoke by our expert and experienced craftspeople at state-of-the-art factories here in the UK, using only the highest quality components. We check for quality at every stage of the manufacturing process, from colour-matching to the strength of the glass.
Once manufacturing is complete and all quality checks are passed, we call you to arrange a convenient installation date. We have experienced fitting teams, all highly trained and experienced in the fitting of doors and windows. Our installation team will fit your windows one at a time, carefully removing each of your existing windows and replacing it with the new one. As a rule of thumb Cosyseal installs 5-8 windows per day dependent upon the type of window and type of property construction. You can expect your work to be undertaken swiftly and professionally by our directly employed window installers.
When we've finished fitting, our team will make sure you're happy with the installation and then run through the operation of your new windows or doors and how to take care of them. They will never leave you without a window or door installed and they won't leave you with any mess either as we take away your old window or doors to be recycled.
We're only happy when you're happy. That's why we won't ask for the total payment until your new windows or doors are fully installed, the job is completed and you’re totally satisfied.
Each window or door comes with 10-year guarantee on parts and labour for all our windows & doors replacement.
